  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Kuwait)

We offer reliable delivery services across all regions of Kuwait, including West Abdullah Al Mubarak Al Sabah.

  • Delivery Time: Once processed, domestic deliveries typically take 1 to 2 business days.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

(Note: If you ship outside of Kuwait, you can keep this section. If you only sell locally, you can remove it.)

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery Time: International shipments generally take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Studio Atar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us. If applicable, this will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and details are correct at checkout. Studio Atar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Double-check your block, street, and house/building numbers to avoid delays.
